Terms & digital product license

This starter policy is included for the development version of the store and should be reviewed and replaced with business-specific legal text before production launch.

Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping their account credentials secure.

License

Unless a product states otherwise, purchased files may be used for personal projects and finished commercial work. Source files, templates and downloadable assets may not be resold, redistributed, shared or repackaged as competing products.

Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility should be defined clearly before launch and must comply with the laws that apply to the business and customer.

Privacy

The production store will use Supabase for account and purchase records and Stripe for payment processing. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the store database.
